1. Services Offered

Light of Christ Healing provides faith-based life coaching, group coaching, digital resources, blog content, and downloadable tools for spiritual growth and healing. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice and should not be treated as such.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or purchase any services or products. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in USD. Payment for coaching services or digital products must be made in full before access is granted, unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.
 

Refunds:
- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
- Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with a 24-hour notice. Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited.
- Group coaching programs may have specific refund policies outlined at the time of enrollment.
 

Payment Plans:
If you enroll in a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to coaching materials and services.

4. Group Coaching Disclaimer

Group coaching is a supportive environment, but it is not a substitute for one-on-one counseling or therapy. Participants are expected to respect one another’s privacy and contributions. Group discussions are not confidential, and participants should use discernment when sharing sensitive information.

5. Community Conduct Rules

To maintain a Christ-honoring environment, we ask all participants in coaching programs, community forums, and online groups to:
- Speak with kindness and respect
- Avoid divisive or inappropriate topics
- Refrain from judgment or criticism of others' journeys
- Keep any shared prayer requests or stories private unless permitted to share
 

We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not abide by these community standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, graphics, and branding on this site—including devotionals, blog posts, coaching content, logos, and PDFs—are the property of Light of Christ Healing and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:
- Use the website or services for unlawful purposes
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Share private coaching content or downloads without permission
- Attempt to hack or interfere with the site’s operation
 

We reserve the right to terminate access to anyone who violates these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to provide accurate, Christ-centered resources. However, we make no guarantees about the results of coaching or the use of materials. If you provide a testimonial, you permit Light of Christ Healing to use your words (first name only, unless otherwise agreed) for marketing purposes.
